At Pawgy Pets, we want you and your furry companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a size or style isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
